Originally established as a specialist fan supplier to the German merchant shipbuilding industry, Witt & Sohn have grown over the past 70 had supplied for more than 20,000 ships over 60 countries. Marine Duty installations require higher standards than industrial fans/blowers. The reliability, low maintenance, long life, corrosion resistance, heavy duty construction, the flow and pressure capability in a compact package that are required for naval and marine applications come together in our marine duty fans.

Witt India as a specialist supplier of fans to the ship building industry has established us as the leading supplier of marine and naval duty fans. In addition to complying with various international standards, our marine duty fans and blowers are tested and approved by Naval Science and Technological Laboratory (NSTL) (under Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO) of Ministry of Defence – Govt. of India).

Witt India is proud to have supplied critical fans for the Project 28 Kamorta Class ASW (Anti-Submarine Warfare) Corvettes and INS Vikramaditya aircraft carrier (Fans for engine room & boiler room retrofit) of the Indian Navy.
