Pillard OPAGAZ:- Optimizing air quality in your tunnel

It is essential to provide tunnel users satisfactory air quality. The role of the Pillard Opagaz equipment is to permanently check the different toxic gas levels (CO + NO2 or NO) and the Opacity, using a single device.

Pillard Opagaz is a flexible solution which gives the end user the possibility of using it as a single opacimeter and adding one or two gases as required.

It has been developed to optimize space saving, thanks to a compact design, to provide an easy and single connection and to enable a quick installation. It also meets all the latest communication requirements.

All current maintenance operations have been designed to be simple and quick for operators. Pillard Opagaz is delivered calibrated and ready to use.

Pillard Windcheck™

Pillard Windcheck™ measures wind velocity and direction ensuring optimal air ventilation in road tunnels and saftey for users.

 

Ultimate technology with a limited investment

Pillard Windcheck™ measures wind velocity and direction and then compare to its reference axis. The measured vaule triggers the automatic activation of ventilation when erquired. Using the principle of sound propagation through air, the technology of ultrasound anemometer is really simple to use and install, thus optimizing costs.

To adapt to difficult conditions - negative ambient temperature fro instance, Pillard Windcheck™ automatically activates the heaters fitted in the satellite to avoid freezing and guarantee accurate measureswhatever the environment.

 

Easy to Install and maintain

Pillard Windcheck™ is designed as an "all-in-one" and teh communication with the equipment is managed by a remort console, making the setting and installation smooth and quick. Pillard Windcheck™'s maintenance is easy; cleaning the transdusers with a soft issue twice a year gaurantees the proper operation of the anemomoter.

Pillard Smokecheck™

Pillard Smokecheck™ detects and locates smoke particles level in real-time in road tunnels and traffic areas to prevent any incidents or early fire.

 

Ultimate technology with a limited investment

Thanks to the technology based on photodiode, Pillard Smokecheck™ measures thriough out the tunnel every 50 meters and locates any incdent with high accuracy, indicating a loss of light by absorption of particles in the ambient air.

 

Optimized security

Pillard Smokecheck™ controls blind zones and provides an immediate mapping of teh tunnel to identify the source of the smike in less than one second. It also has an adjustable alaram for detection of abnormal smoke threshold.

 

Easy to Install and maintain

Configured with a setting console, the installation of Pillard Smokecheck™ is proposed in two versions:

  • Emitter and deflector on the same side of the tunnel
  • Emitter and deflector on each side of the tunnel

Pillard Smokecheck™ maintenance is easy; cleaning the lens with a soft tissue twice a year.

Pillard Nocostop™

Pillard Nocostop™ is designed to measure in real-timethe concentration of carbon monoxide (CO), nitrogen monoxide (NO) and nitrogen dioxide (NO2) through an electronic cells specific to each gas, thus ensuring air quality and saftey for users in road tunnels and car parking. Pillard Nocostop™ has a high recativity in the presence of gas at quite low thresholds.

 

Continuous detection

Pillard Nocostop™ detector has been designed to measure continuously concentration of CO, NO and NO2. The measure is evaluated bu means of elctrochemical cell specific to each gas, thus ensuring air quality and saftey for users of Tunnels and car Parking. Pillard Nocostop™ has a high recativity in the presence of gas at quite low thresholds.

 

Easy Maintenance

The communication console magagement makes maintenance operations easier. The LCD screen requires no adjustments, making the whole system even more simple.

 

Increased resistance

With its stainless steel unilt (316L), Pillard Nocostop™ is highly resistant, even in extreme environments.
